Pack up and Bounce is a great tool for those thinking of making an international move and for those who are just about to leave. The content is well-considered, researched, presented, and has a logical progression. It helped us by confirming what we had already researched (places to move to, etc.) which gave us peace of mind. It also provided us with new information regarding communications, banking, and travel that made our move smoother. One of the benefits was that it took some of the pressure off of one of us to be the expert, and instead we could discuss ideas by using the curriculum outline to guide us. This helped to reduce some of the pressure.
We took the opportunity to consult with Kevin and Wendy via remote video conference on two occasions. On the first call we focused more on more general questions. During the second video call, we had very focused questions about relocation to Albania. They answered some of our questions during the call. Then they did some research to provide us with specific contacts that answered our remaining questions before we left the U.S. We feel that we were better prepared to leave and well prepared when we landed in Albania.
